Oakmere, is a true example of what can be achieved when a collaborative approach is taken. We’ve taken a large family home and repurposed the property throughout to create 6 ensuite bedrooms, with the ground floor becoming fully wheelchair accessible, working closely with the local authority's occupational therapists, local commissioners, and care team.
The property has all undergone substantial ESG improvements achieving a A+ EPC rating, we have achieved this through changing the heating system to fully electric, installing air source heat pumps and introducing solar panels. These works ensure this home can run as efficiently as possible and residents' utility bills remain sustainable.
